JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish, coordinate, and lead both on- and off-site events for high-limit guests
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all machines, table games, promotions, and special events.
Generate incremental business and drive additional trips from loyal guests through written communication and telemarketing.
Maintain an active presence on the casino floor, identifying, engaging and developing high-value and potential high-value guests while monitoring the overall guest experience.
Review and evaluate confidential customer profiles, including player activity, play history, offers, preferences, and other relevant information, to determine appropriate customer needs and opportunities daily.
Responsible for generating a positive and friendly atmosphere with all guests by assisting guests when called upon and generally creating an ongoing host and player relationship.
Assist in recognizing guests and issuing comps, as authorized.
Handle guest concerns and complaints and report all incidents to department leadership.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, while promoting positive team member and guest relations.
Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times when working with other team members and guests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Three (3) to Five (5) years of Casino Host experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese dialects sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
Must be able to successfully complete the background check and licensing process required by the Delaware Lottery.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems.
Act with discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Must be able to walk and stand for at least a full eight (8)-hour shift.
Must be able to lift to 40 lbs in weight and be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs in weight throughout the shift
Ability to bend, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp as needed.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management is mandatory.
Must be able to handle all types of guest-related situations; relay all guest compliments and complaints to department leadership.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
