The identif ied candidate will work out of our_______ location starting in either January 2026 or July 2026.The HR Generalist ADP is "hosted" by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and participantsare matched with one of our manuf acturing or distribution f acilities and employees will work out of our X location and willbegin the program eith The HR Generalist ADP is "hosted" by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and participants are matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution facilities and employees will work out of our Buford, Georgia location and will begin the program either January or July 2027. begin the program either January or July Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the HR Manager with: Maintenance of personnel and/or training records Provide assistance with job postings and maintaining applicant tracking records Assisting with employee recruiting and hiring activities Administration and coordination of new employee orientation programs Responses to employee inquiries and questions Maintain knowledge of general state and federal employment compliance requirements Manage employee data and training records with HRIS Special projects as identified by the HR Manager Assistance with Employee Engagement initiatives Have a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program Be willing to relocate, as required, upon completion of the Accelerated Development Program Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future Must have 1 year experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point Preferred Qualifications Have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology or Business Management. Have previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.
