On-Call Hospice RN: After-Hours Care & Support
MJHS
MJHS is seeking an experienced registered nurse to handle on-call patient visits after hours, coordinating with triage and the on-call manager to address urgent needs. The role implements plans of care, educates patients and primary caregivers on changes, and ensures patient safety and symptom management. Responsibilities include attending patient deaths with supportive guidance to families and reporting updates to the triage team, all while adhering to NYS Nursing standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr MJHS
