Clinical Scope

• Performing general orthopaedic surgeries and minimally invasive procedures
• Managing trauma cases and post-operative care
• Evaluating inpatient and outpatient patients
• Collaborating with hospital staff, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Providing discharges and consults within hospital guidelines

Practice Environment

• Located within a community hospital in Springfield, Missouri
• Supports a diverse patient population with general orthopedic needs
• EMR: Cerner platform
• Full surgical suite and support staff available

Requirements

• Active Missouri medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
• ACLS/BLS certifications required
• Prior trauma and inpatient surgery experience preferred
• Ability to handle general orthopedic procedures independently
