Case Manager – Imigração Americana (Business Immigration)

A Piquet Law Firm, escritório de advocacia sediado em Miami, Flórida, está contratando Case Managers no Brasil para atuar em casos de imigração empresarial e profissional para os Estados Unidos.

Esta posição especificamente é voltada para profissionais com experiência em vistos baseados em investimento, trabalho e habilidades extraordinárias, incluindo principalmente os tipos de processo abaixo, entre outros:

Requisitos Obrigatórios

•⁠ ⁠Bacharelado em Direito no Brasil

•⁠ ⁠Inglês fluente, escrito e falado

•⁠ ⁠Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência comprovada trabalhando com imigração americana nas funções de Case Manager ou Paralegal

•⁠ ⁠Excelente comunicação interpessoal e experiência comprovada em atendimento direto ao cliente

•⁠ ⁠Capacidade de conduzir interações frequentes com clientes, com clareza, objetividade e profissionalismo

•⁠ ⁠Boa capacidade de organização e acompanhamento de casos

•⁠ ⁠Capacidade de trabalhar de forma remota, com autonomia, disciplina e atenção aos detalhes

Sobre a Posição

Esta é uma posição 100% remota para profissionais residentes no Brasil.

Esta função é primordialmente voltada para comunicação com clientes e gestão de documentação.

Uma parte substancial do trabalho envolve:

•⁠ ⁠Comunicação constante com clientes

•⁠ ⁠Coleta ativa de documentos e informações necessárias para os casos

•⁠ ⁠Follow-up frequente para garantir andamento e completude dos processos

A organização e gestão de documentos também são relevantes, porém o escritório possui sistemas internos e tecnologia que dão suporte a essa atividade. O diferencial do profissional nesta posição será sua capacidade de comunicação, condução do cliente ao longo do processo e eficiência na obtenção da documentação necessária.

O profissional atuará sob supervisão dos advogados da firma, incluindo:

•⁠ ⁠Preparação de formulários e supporting documents

•⁠ ⁠Montagem estratégica de petitions e applications

•⁠ ⁠Acompanhamento processual

•⁠ ⁠Redação de e-mails e comunicações em inglês e português

•⁠ ⁠Coordenação com advogados, clientes e equipe interna

Buscamos profissionais responsáveis, organizados, discretos e com perfil analítico, capazes de lidar com clientes sofisticados, incluindo empresários, investidores, executivos e profissionais altamente qualificados.

A experiência prévia com imigração empresarial americana será considerada essencial para esta posição.
