## Description**Job Summary:***Join our upbeat and positive Back of the House team that offers a fun and energetic work environment. Great opportunity to train in kitchen operation skills, take advantage of on-site education and refresh your current skills alongside team members. Line Cooks work at all BMR F&B Outlets based on business need.***Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** *Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the lead cook and Executive Chef** *Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line** *Food preparation and portioning prior to service** *Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment** *Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time.** *Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback.*## Qualifications**Job Qualifications:*** *Experience in full-service restaurant is desired but we will train the right candidate** *Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment** *Task-driven individual***Other Requirements:*** *Ability to lift and carry 60lbs** *Ability to stand for duration of 10+ hour shift** *References required** *Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays* #J-18808-Ljbffr
