Title : Station Manager
Location : Chicago, IL (O‘Hare area)
Job Type: Full-time, W2
Salary Range : 66,000–100,000–120,000 per year
Summary:
Responsible for full station operations including cargo coordination, airline/customs/trucking relationships, team leadership, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with airlines, customs, brokers, and truckers for timely delivery
Resolve operational disruptions (flight delays, cargo damage, customs exams)
Develop and execute budgets and operational plans
Lead and train station staff (ops, warehouse, CS)
Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, TSA, and airline safety
Requirements :
5+ years international freight forwarding or air freight management, including 2+ years station/warehouse management
Knowledge of air import/export processes and customs regulations
Bilingual in English and Chinese
Proficiency in WMS/TMS and MS Office
Willing to work on-site near O‘Hare after initial period
