As an unarmed driving officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a retail location connected to financial services, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong customer service. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including entrances, common areas, and perimeter areas, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity on the property to help support authorized entry, report suspicious behavior, and/or address policy-related issues.
• Assist with incident reporting, directional assistance, and general support for daily operations while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
