About the Role As a Warehouse and Fleet Support Specialist, you'll help ensure our technicians have the equipment, materials, and vehicles they need to start each day prepared for success. You'll assist with warehouse organization, inventory staging, fleet readiness, and deliveries while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Primary Responsibilities Prepare installation materials and equipment for upcoming jobs Restock installation vehicles with daily inventory and supplies Fuel, clean, and inspect company vehicles Organize warehouse inventory and maintain staging areas Load and unload equipment, materials, and deliveries Separate and process scrap materials for recycling Assist with warehouse cleanliness and safety Deliver materials, parts, and equipment to job sites when needed Set up and retrieve temporary heating and cooling equipment Provide additional operational support for the installation and service teams What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys staying active throughout the workday. The ideal candidate works well independently, takes pride in keeping equipment and work areas organized, and understands the importance of supporting the field team.
