Job Title: Electronics Technician

Job Description

In this role, you will utilize a variety of test procedures, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics to test, troubleshoot, and repair integrated unit-level assemblies and circuit board assemblies down to the component level. You will also support assembly processes for both unit subassembly and the final integration of unit-level assemblies. This is an on-site position located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. This is a 1st shift position (7am - 3:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-circuit and functional tests and component-level troubleshooting on complex circuit card assemblies.
• Utilize mechanical skills to disassemble and reassemble products per drawings or other documents using common tools.
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot subassembly-level components.
• Integrate, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex end-items.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting electronics.
• Knowledge of digital and analog circuitry and the capability to troubleshoot complex assemblies to the component level.
• Ability to diagnose complex circuitry independently.
• Understanding of written work instructions and the ability to comprehend electronic and mechanical drawings and schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or another related program from an accredited institution.
• Equivalent military training will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Work Environment

This position is located on-site at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. The work schedule is the first shift, from 7am to 3:30pm. The role involves working with various tools and equipment to test and assemble electronic components.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Creek, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
