Key Responsibilities: Daily Care & Instruction: Provide developmental care and lead fun, age-appropriate activities for children and youth. What We Are Looking For: Entry Level: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Skill/Target Levels: Require additional experience in a group childcare setting (6–12 months) and/or relevant college credits in Early Childhood/Elementary Education or a related behavioral science.
