This role provides exposure to DMA’s sales process, client engagement strategies, and service offerings while supporting business development initiatives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with outreach to prospective clients via phone and email to support meeting scheduling effortsHelp coordinate and prepare for meetings with prospective clients, including calendar scheduling and materials preparationSupport practice development leaders in executing outreach strategies and tracking engagement activitiesResearch prospective clients and industries to understand potential business needsAssist in identifying potential opportunities and aligning them with DMA services and solutionsMaintain accurate records of outreach activities and update internal systems as directedSupport development of prospective client lists and sales leads through research and data gatheringAssist in preparing responses to common client questions or objectionsParticipate in internal meetings to gain understanding of DMA services, business initiatives, and sales processesCollaborate with marketing and business development teams on projects and initiativesHelp maintain organization of documentation, contact lists, and sales tracking toolsPerform other duties as assignedEducation and QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldInterest in sales, business development, or client-facing rolesStrong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams; Excel)Strong listening skills and willingness to learnSelf-motivated with a positive, professional attitudeWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork Schedule: Part-time, 29 hours/weekTravel: NonePhysical Activity:o Prolonged periods of sitting and computer useo Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and soundso Frequent repetitive motions with hands#LI-AY1#LI-HYBRIDThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
