Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 37 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active professional license
• Relevant certifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a safe and effective manner.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and implement patient treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and standards of care.
