All new graduate BSNs and ADNs hired at Saint Luke's participate, pairing them with experienced nurses and clinical educators for 12 months. The program builds clinical competency, promotes professional practice behaviors, and fosters mentorship and facilitation throughout the first year of RN practice. Responsibilities Use the nursing process to perform patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise other patient‑care staff. Coordinate care plans for assigned patients and consult with other members of the health‑care team when indicated to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrate proficiency and adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
