Your responsibilities include utilizing our advanced platform and your connections to identify potential healthcare candidates, reaching out to introduce MLR opportunities and evaluate their interest, scheduling appointments for candidates with our recruiting team for comprehensive assessments, following up to maintain candidate interest throughout the hiring process, keeping precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on your successful meetings, interviews, and client hires originating from your leads.

What you'll need to shine includes strong communication skills, both written and verbal, a proactive and driven approach you are in charge of your own schedule, a passion for outreach, fostering connections, and assisting individuals in advancing their careers, and no prior experience in recruiting is necessary your organizational skills and resourcefulness are what count; we'll guide you from there.
