Your responsibilities include utilizing our advanced platform along with your own connections to seek out prospective healthcare candidates, engaging potential candidates to introduce MLR's various opportunities while assessing their interest, arranging meetings between candidates and our dedicated recruiters for comprehensive evaluations, sustaining engagement with your leads to encourage interest and assist throughout their hiring process, keeping precise and up-to-date entries in our applicant tracking system, and acquiring commissions through scheduled meetings, interviews, and successful hires originating from your leads.

What you'll need for success includes excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive, self-driven attitude — you direct your own schedule and daily routines, a passion for outreach and a desire to aid individuals in advancing their careers, and previous recruitment experience is not mandatory; if you are organized and resourceful, we will equip you with the necessary skills.

This role is commission-based with no cap on your earning potential. The more you achieve, the more you earn. Your earning potential is directly related to the value you create: commissions for each qualified meeting you successfully arrange, additional earnings when interviews are conducted thanks to your outreach, multiplying commissions on new business acquired, bonus commissions for successful placements that originated from your leads, and further earning opportunities based on performance (such as retention bonuses).
