Your responsibilities include utilizing our cutting-edge platform and your existing network to identify promising healthcare candidates. Reach out to potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest. Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings. Engage with leads continuously to foster interest and navigate the hiring journey. Keep detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system. Earn commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads.
