Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology-following established protocols diligently.
• Scrutinize results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and uphold high quality standards that are integral to our mission.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment is essential.
• Continuous certification maintenance is required throughout your career with us.
