• Assist in sample collection and prepare specimens for analysis as necessary.
• Accurately document all testing procedures, train new colleagues or students, and ensure laboratory standards of quality are consistently upheld.
• Maintain a clean and secure lab environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire is mandatory.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your employment is essential.
