## Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment, we want to hear from you!
## Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in an industrial setting.
