Trial Courtroom Presentation Specialist
\n \nLocation and arrangement
\nPart-time
\nPrimarily onsite in Washington, DC
\nApproximately 25% travel
\nSix-month temp-to-perm arrangement
\n \nMain responsibilities
\nThe person will:
\n- \n
- Prepare and present evidence for trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and client meetings. \n
- Work directly with attorneys, trial teams, and expert witnesses. \n
- Operate courtroom presentation technology during live proceedings. \n
- Serve in the courtroom “hot seat,” displaying exhibits, video, documents, and graphics at the correct moment. \n
- Develop trial graphics, demonstratives, multimedia presentations, videos, and animations. \n
- Coordinate courtroom and trial-war-room technology. \n
- Assist with exhibit scripts and presentation sequences. \n
- Support tablets, iPads, imaging systems, litigation databases, and trial-presentation tools. \n
Required qualifications
\nThe SOW calls for:
\n- \n
- Experience supporting at least 10 trials \n
- Courtroom presentation and litigation-support experience \n
- Experience with OnCue and Sanction \n
- Experience with applications such as Relativity and CaseMap \n
- Ability to work under significant courtroom pressure \n
- Ability to travel for extended periods \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field \n
- U.S. citizenship \n
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust \n
- Preferred qualifications \n
- PowerPoint \n
- Adobe Creative Suite \n
- Advanced graphic design and infographics \n
- WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver \n
- Law degree or litigation-paralegal training \n
