Work Environment\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work from your home office within the vibrant state of California. Our outpatient office structure allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while leveraging the latest telehealth technologies for maximum efficiency and client engagement. You will enjoy the flexibility of creating your own schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without any on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based counseling sessions via secure live video platforms, ensuring a supportive environment for adults seeking mental health support.

• Collaborate actively with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and other counselors, to create comprehensive treatment plans that address complex client needs.

• Utilize automated assessment tools to monitor client progress, making informed adjustments to treatment strategies based on symptom self-assessments and functional improvements.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, seek consultation, and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Document sessions promptly and accurately in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support individual adults grappling with a diverse array of mental health challenges. Your client population may include those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. It is essential that you approach each situation with cultural sensitivity and a commitment to inclusivity, welcoming clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Current, independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of California.

• At least one year of professional experience providing mental health care, with documented outcomes reflecting your impactful client work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
