Implementation Manager

Role Description WellTheory is looking for a passionate, results-driven Implementation Manager to launch our enterprise clients and set them up for long-term success as we scale. You'll own the end-to-end client implementation process, ensuring launches happen on time, requirements are met, and our programs successfully get into the hands of members. You'll serve as the primary project owner across every implementation, coordinating with client stakeholders (HR, benefits, wellness, medical directors, and technical teams) to translate contractual commitments into successful go-lives. This is a cross-functional role that collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Care — and reports to the Co-founder, Operations. What You'll Do Own client implementation plans end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success Manage multiple concurrent implementations against aggressive timelines Gather business requirements and translate them into clear internal specs Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementation stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Care Anticipate and resolve implementation risks with urgency and care Contribute to playbooks and best practices as the Implementation function scales Qualifications 5+ years of implementation, client onboarding, or program management experience, ideally in digital health, benefits, or adjacent B2B2C environments Track record of delivering complex launches on time and within scope Relationship-driven communicator who builds trust with clients at every level Structured project manager who brings order to ambiguity Analytical and detail-oriented with strong business judgment Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset Adaptable and resourceful with creativity in problem-solving Deep empathy for the autoimmune experience Beginner's mindset with a love for learning Requirements Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy Drive accountability across teams that don't report to you Comfortable working with data and analytics tools Ability to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic, fully remote environment Benefits A team that genuinely cares about each other and the members we serve A fully remote company that gathers every year for an annual retreat A base salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 with meaningful equity and benefits
