About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Loan Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing deal setup, coordinating deal closings, and overseeing the end-to-end loan operations workflows to ensure data accuracy and system alignment. This role requires a strong background in loan operations, credit operations, or structured finance, with a focus on process improvement and automation. The Assistant Vice President will also be involved in third-party coordination, particularly with servicers, trustees, and administrators, to maintain service levels and operational standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of experience in the industry, with a preference for those with a background in asset management, private credit, or buy-side environments. The role demands advanced proficiency in Excel, and experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or Alteryx is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various loan products and structured credit instruments, and demonstrate excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative skills, particularly in managing complex workflows and engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
