Loan Administration Specialist in Financial Services! Are you ready to advance your career in loan administration with a prominent financial services firm? Our client, a leading institution in the banking sector, is seeking a capable Loan Administration Specialist to join their team. This intermediate-level role offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of loan types, including consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans. Experience with the "Horizon" Core Processing system is a big plus! What You'll Do - Perform comprehensive loan processing and account maintenance duties.

Ensure accurate collection and verification of loan documentation, including income, credit, appraisal, and title insurance.
Prepare and submit loan applications for closing, draft loan document packages, and coordinate loan closings.
Input new loans, renewals, participations, and modifications into the loan systems.
Manage loan servicing tasks such as payments, payoffs, insurance, and tax tracking.
Maintain electronic loan files and track any document exceptions.
Utilize and maintain proficiency in automated systems including the Core System, Loan Origination System, and product-specific software.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years experience in loan operations is required; 3+ years preferred.
Strong understanding of Consumer and Commercial Lending Compliance and Regulations.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Good organizational and analytical abilities.
