Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a trusted employer in Elkhart that transforms recycled tire rubber into everyday products-from sign frames and wheel chocks to portable speed bumps and more. With business growing fast, we're seeking motivated Press Operators to join the team on 2nd shift (12:00pm - 8:30pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime opportunities).

What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality products
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand on your feet for up to 8+ hours per shift
