Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1773.47 - 1862.14
Schedule: Discuss with recruiter.
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, 2 years experience required, MUST HAVE NEURO experience, experience with Cardene & Cleviprex, ability to read EKG rhythms, DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to neuro patients on a 52-bed unit.
- Float to both sides of the Neuro Floor, including stepdown and PCU areas, as needed.
- Monitor and interpret EKG rhythms and manage neuro patient needs according to protocol.
- Adhere to patient ratios of 1:4 to 5, ensuring safety and high-quality care.
- Comply with hospital policies on documentation, safety, and patient care standards.
