Internal Medicine Physician

Seeking an Internal Medicine physician for an outpatient primary care role focused on the elderly population. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a clinic setting with no nights or weekends. Manage complex conditions, analyze treatment options, and foster strong patient relationships. Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers, including nurses and behavioral health specialists. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience working with seniors; geriatrics fellowship preferred. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine. Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in Texas. Current US work visa or US residency preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $220K-$250K, with potential over $300K in first year including bonuses. Annual bonus based on quality metrics and sign-on bonus. 33 days off inclusive of holidays and CME allowances.
