Now Hiring: Experienced Barista (Non-Espresso / Manual Brewing)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced barista with strong skills in non-espresso coffee preparation. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in manual brewing methods, passionate about coffee quality, and able to deliver a warm, consistent customer experience..

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality non-espresso coffee (pour-over, drip, French press, cold brew)
• Grind and measure coffee accurately for consistency
• Maintain brewing equipment and ensure cleanliness
• Educate customers about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brew methods
• Provide friendly, patient, and attentive service
• Take and process orders using POS system
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Monitor inventory of beans, filters, and brewing supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years barista or coffee experience (manual brewing preferred)
• Knowledge of brewing methods (pour-over, Chemex, French press, batch brew)
• Understanding of grind size, extraction, and flavor balance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with specialty coffee , Indonesian Coffee will be great
• Knowledge of single-origin beans and roasting profiles
• Passion for coffee education and storytelling
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly $ 22 - $ 24 Based on the experiences.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday (Opening and Closing Shift; 6.00 am – 4.00 pm)
• Friday – Sunday (Opening – Mid and Closing Shift; 6.00 am – 10.00 pm)
