Assistant Actuary - ASA Required

To support the Corporate Actuarial Life Insurance Valuation team, the full-time Assistant Actuary - ASA Required will perform quarterly statutory and PBR valuations, develop analytical tools, and collaborate across functional areas in a hybrid or remote work environment. Key responsibilities Perform quarterly statutory and tax valuations for life insurance products and produce detailed reserve movement analyses Partner with the Liability Product Owner to ensure data integrity and model soundness through governance procedures and user acceptance testing Contribute to VM-20 actuarial assumption setting and testing, including mortality and lapse rates, while managing valuation data pipelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent required 3-5 years of life insurance valuation experience with hands-on experience in VM-20 statutory valuation ASA designation required, with active pursuit of FSA strongly preferred 1-3 years of Prophet modeling experience; PBR modeling experience strongly preferred Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI preferred
