Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in cardiovascular operating room settings, focusing on cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries.
• Ensure meticulous adherence to sterile techniques while assisting in complex procedures.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs for efficient care delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on advanced OR equipment, including Open Heart and Vascular machinery.
• Respond promptly to call-back requirements within the stipulated 30-minute timeframe.
• Utilize Meditech EMR effectively to document patient care and procedure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or eligible to obtain.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR experience in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures.
• Proficient in scrubbing and circulating roles within the OR.
• Experience with Meditech EMR or similar systems preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and on-call requirements.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
