Senior Salesforce CRM Product Owner Direct Hire McKinney, TX (Hybrid) Overview Client confidential opportunity for a senior product leader to own and evolve a Salesforce CRM platform roadmap, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and measurable revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own the Salesforce CRM product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that improve customer experience, sales productivity, and growth. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations leaders to gather requirements, align priorities, and translate needs into product initiatives and user stories. Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to manage and execute the backlog, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value. Leverage customer data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to inform product strategy, drive adoption, and maximize ROI. Lead platform governance, vendor management, and executive stakeholder communications to ensure scalability as the business grows. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 7+ years of product ownership/product management experience, including Salesforce/CRM platforms. Proven success owning roadmaps and backlogs and delivering measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer data/intelligence, and value realization. Experience establishing governance and prioritization across competing stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven customer intelligence to improve strategy and customer outcomes. Skilled in translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum (or similar delivery methodology). Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management. Data-driven approach to adoption, ROI, and platform health measurement. Working familiarity with: Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Snowflake/SQL, CDP/Customer Intelligence capabilities, and React-based web applications. Experience using reporting, dashboards, and CRM analytics to drive prioritization and decision-making. Industry experience in distribution, manufacturing, or B2B sales environments preferred.
