DFW Construction Sales Leader — Grow Revenue & Coach Team

HOLT CAT is seeking a General Construction Sales Manager to lead the west side of the DFW Metroplex sales team for BCP and CCE products. You will drive revenue growth, develop a high-performing team, and mentor new sales reps. The role requires strong leadership, construction-industry knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with customers and Caterpillar partners.
