Clinical Requirements

Diagnostic Reads : Plain films, CTs, MRIs (abdomen required for OB emergencies; joint MRI encouraged for overnight reads)
CTP Stroke Protocol : Strongly preferred; staggered coverage if not available
US Cardiac : Not excluded; cardiologists available for reads
Dictation : Powerscribe
EMR : GE Centricity (transitioning soon)

Efficiency Metrics Metric Target Time Daily Read Volume reads / 8 hrs Stroke Alerts 20 minutes ED Stats minutes Inpatient Stats 60 minutes Critical Results Inpatient TAT Outpatient TAT
