Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator – KONE Detroit As the Service Coordinator, you will collaborate with Service leaders, Service Sales, and technicians on maintenance and repair projects. You will coordinate with customers, manage scheduling, and push forward submittals, supporting the administrative workload of Managers, Supervisors, and Salespersons so they can focus on customer and field‑force interactions. Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance and repair projects with all key stakeholders. Manage scheduling and communication with customers. Prepare and submit required documentation and submittals. Support administrative tasks for Managers, Supervisors, and Sales. Qualifications Minimum two years of customer‑service experience, ideally in the building‑services industry. Proficiency with office‑management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and SAP. Strong organizational and communication skills. Customer‑service mindset and ability to collaborate across all organization levels. Compensation Annual Base Pay Range: $72,400 – $95,025. Compensation will be based on individual experience, qualifications, and role requirements. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
