Your new role


As a Project Manager, you will oversee a range of basebuild and interior renovation projects valued between $12M and $60M.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full project life cycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Overseeing budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communications
• Working closely with field leadership to ensure safe, highquality project delivery
• Navigating secure project environments and maintaining compliance with projectspecific requirements
• Representing the company's commitment to excellence on every project

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of groundup and interior renovation work
• Ability to operate effectively within secure, sensitive, or governmentrelated project environments
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a commitment to quality
