The Goddard School® of Friendswood is hiring caring, energetic Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our growing team. If you love working with young children and want a supportive, family‑focused environment with a consistent weekday schedule, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment
- Support hands‑on learning, social‑emotional development, and age‑appropriate skills
- Guide children through daily routines with patience and positivity
- Communicate daily with families
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom
- Collaborate with co‑teachers and leadership
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with young children (preferred but not required for Assistants)
- CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain
- Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented
- $13 - $15 hr based on experience & education
