AEM Digital Trainer

AEM Digital Trainer Overview This person will provide support in roll out, change management, documentation, owning to maintain and support Governance Confluence space. The team needs someone who can develop intuitive training material (user guide by role) that can help with their digital adoption and enablement of the AEM platform (leveraging best practices of key features and capabilities to support our digital strategy). Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements to training materials Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs as well as other documentation like requirement or RACI matrix, workflow diagrams and use-cases Ability to lead functional discussions and scoping decisions based on best practices for implementing the AEM application and proven knowledge of AEM out-of-the-box features and latest functions Position Summary Trainer/Training Consultant for contract with consulting organization in delivery of AEM CMS platform training. You will be delivering technical platform training for new CMS platform to marketing and content specialists (ideally with experience in Adobe Experience Manager, AEM). Main Role Responsibilities Experienced in running training with a background in technical training, Adobe Experience Manager needed support product marketing managers, digital suppliers. Produce training schedules and agenda. Good understand of web technologies, basic understanding of differences between HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc. Determine course content based on existing materials (we have already identified most of the training) Execute training sessions in person and via WebEx Keep and report data on completed courses Be the expert on the subject and to be able to answer questions Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements to training materials Work You'll Do Act in a leadership role on client projects and for staff. Help define business requirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping). Create functional designs, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures. Help clients define forward-looking business strategies related to digital transformation leveraging the AEM platform to support the customer experience. Focus on content, advertising, marketing collateral delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients' brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act.
