TEMP-Lab/Research Support - Entrepreneurship Assistant

Entrepreneurship Assistant (EA) Job Summary The Entrepreneurship Assistant (EA) will conduct a market assessment of the bio‑emulsifiers technology and develop a report supporting the establishment of a business. The EA will perform primary and secondary market research, business model generation, and apply the Entrepreneurial Strategy Compass to assess potential go‑to‑market strategies. Responsibilities Conduct primary market research, including customer discovery and validation. Perform secondary industry analysis: IP analysis, SWOT, PEST, and competitive forces model. Develop the business model using the ESC framework and evaluate go‑to‑market strategies. Attend training sessions on Lean Startup methodology and weekly check‑in sessions. Prepare and submit a final report summarizing the technology assessment and a 2‑minute summary video at program end. Qualifications Educational requirement: High school diploma, GED Certificate, or Vocational School Diploma. Required experience: Up to two years of job‑related experience. Skills Working knowledge of instrumentation and laboratory processes. Proficiency in inventory management and specialized computer applications. Other Information This is not a supervisory position.
