Quality Engineer Central MA We’re seeking a driven Quality Engineer to help build and manage a full quality system for a growing high‑tech manufacturer of electro‑optical components. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Primary Responsibilities Create and maintain quality manuals, plans, and mapping. Support value stream mapping and collaborate with engineering. Establish quality systems, documentation, and measurable controls. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statistical methods, and ITAR (defense experience a plus). Support precision assembly processes and handle required admin/paperwork. Candidate Qualifications 5+ years in quality systems/engineering. Background in ISO, quality tools, and statistical measurement. Precision assembly experience; electro‑optical exposure a plus. Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline preferred; ASQ certification a plus. Full benefits with excellent PTO. International travel! Apply Now!
