A luxury oceanfront resort in the Florida Keys is seeking an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms and public areas, while building and leading a high-performing, engaged team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop housekeeping supervisors and team members to uphold Isla Bella's luxury standards
• Foster a positive, engaged, and motivated team culture aligned with our service values
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and departmental workflow
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met
• Create and manage team schedules based on occupancy and business needs
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; order and track as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support departmental projects
• Step in to support operations during peak periods as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 3–5+ years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards under high-volume occupancy
• Experience with housekeeping software/systems and inventory management
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a tropical resort setting
• Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.
