MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Input Customer Orders into the system, and process customer returns and allowances · Be available to answer customer questions during business hours, including research and follow-up with all customer needs · Help grow customer sales by acting as an indoor/inside sales representative · Keep track of customer contracts, agreements, pricing · Answer company phone calls, take messages and work the reception desk as needed · Follow up with customer inquiries into other departments like warehouse/logistics, finance, marketing, operations, etc. · Manage & Assist with Purchasing activities and stock levels QUALIFICATIONS · Reliable and consistent team member able to work in-person at Company HQ Premises o Office Hours: 8am-5pm · Ability to speak, write & communicate clearly through phone, email and in-person · High ability to multi-task is a necessary qualification · Flexible to changing policies & processes over time · Capable to input accurate and timely data-entry · Age 18+ · Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · 4-year College degree preferred, but not required · At least 2-4 years relevant customer service work experience · Basic level of familiarity with MS Outlook and Excel spreadsheets · SAP S/4 HANA System experience a plus PERSONAL TRAITS · Good teamworking skills and interpersonal communication · Dedicated to hitting company goals & targets · Interested in building new processes and methods · Organized record-keeping · Always strives for improvement and growth LOCATION Office/Warehouse Location is in Charlotte, NC (Near Steel Creek Area, South Tryon & I-485 area)
