HR Manager

Our client in the consumer services industry is interested in hiring an HR Manager to assist with upcoming project management and serve as their standalone HR professional at the Sunnyvale location. The initial project involves recruiting 10 employees (technical and non-technical) and relocating 25 current employees from Irvine, CA to Sunnyvale, CA. The position offers a competitive salary of $120,000-$140,000 and does not include direct reports. Job Responsibilities Report to the Regional VP to support business operations. Participate in planning, development, and execution of corporate objectives, aligning HR initiatives to support company growth. Conduct staff evaluations, assist employees in career development, and identify internal candidates for succession planning. Recruit and attract suitable candidates, promoting the company as a desirable workplace through branding and culture initiatives. Lead change management initiatives, minimizing resistance and fostering a positive organizational culture. Advocate for employees by fostering a satisfying and motivating work environment through empowerment, goal setting, and open communication. Report ethical issues and workplace concerns to senior management, ensuring a professional work environment.
