Senior Cost Manager – Relocation Opportunity (UK & Australia to USA) Location: Phoenix, AZ Salary: $125,000 to $150,000 + Bonus Capstone Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing global building consultancy expanding its presence across the US. The Role As a Senior Cost Manager , you will take a lead role on large‑scale data centre developments , providing cost management expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams, you will help deliver complex, high‑value projects while being based in Phoenix, AZ . Key Responsibilities Lead cost management services on major construction projects. Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, and contract documents. Manage cost reporting, change control, variations, and final accounts. Chair cost meetings and act as a key client and contractor contact. Support project teams during construction and oversee monthly cost assessments. Mentor junior team members and contribute to project delivery excellence. Produce and present reports to clients and senior stakeholders. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. 6+ years’ cost management experience on large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects. Strong pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge. Experience leading projects and managing stakeholder relationships. Eligibility to work in the US, or qualify for an E‑2/E‑3 visa.
