Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Maintenance Supervisor. Job Location: Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. There are around 600 employees currently working in Columbus, NE. We are one of the largest employers in the Columbus Area. What you will be doing: Supervise Technicians in Production Equipment repair and maintenance. Oversees troubleshooting and repair of production and Engineering equipment. Maintain Spare Parts Inventory. Tracks equipment utilization and controls PM schedule accordingly. Interface with and assist Facility Maintenance Group as needed. Maintain documentation logs and oversee required sign-off and logs completed. Directs the training of Technicians. What you will bring along: 5 Years of supervisory experience Troubleshooting of Electronic Controls, PLC Logic, Pneumatics, Hydraulic, and Mechanical devices, and RF induction Bachelor’s degree Ability to read and follow work instructions Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing or robotics equipment Inspect parts and complete assemblies to ensure they meet strict specifications, measurements, and tolerance limits. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization. Proficiency in the use of computers and standard business software, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong keyboarding skills; ability to effectively use telephone systems, personal computers, and printers.
