Office Administrator Intern 12‑Month Paid Internship | Zug, Switzerland | Start Date: Per Agreement About PIPECARE Group: PIPECARE Group is a global leader in pipeline inspection and integrity services, operating across 80+ countries in the oil and gas industry. Our Zug office serves as the European hub for our Group finance and administrative operations, and is home to a small, international, and dynamic team. Role Overview We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Office Administrator Intern with an accounting background to support our Zug team with day‑to‑day administrative and financial tasks. This is a 12‑month internship offering real hands‑on exposure to international finance and business operations in a fast‑paced global company. Key Responsibilities Support daily office operations and general administration Organize, maintain, and update company records and documents Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping Perform accurate data entry for financial and administrative records Support accounts payable and receivable processes Assist in reconciling financial records and preparing reports Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications Handle filing, scanning, and document archiving Assist with procurement and office supply management Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial and company information Qualifications Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field German and English — both are required for this role Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working independently within a small international team Eligible to work in Switzerland Preferred Skills Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines What We Offer Hands‑on exposure to international finance and administrative operations A dynamic, multicultural working environment in a global company Practical experience in financial reporting, record management, and business operations Professional development in a structured and supportive team setting Physical and Mental Requirements Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively. Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively. Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments. Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off‑site locations when necessary.
