Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to specialize in working with absentee property owners while building a more focused real estate business and earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to develop expertise within a proven seller niche, follow clear systems, and create consistent listing opportunities through structured daily activity.

You will learn how to connect with out-of-area property owners, generate outbound conversations, manage listing opportunities remotely, and guide sellers from the initial consultation through closing. Through consistent prospecting, follow-up, and hands-on experience, you will strengthen your communication, organization, and ability to build a predictable listing pipeline over time.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain practical insight into seller consultations, pricing strategies, negotiations, transaction management, and the daily habits that lead to consistent production. This collaborative environment is built around accountability, focused execution, and ongoing coaching to help you continue growing within a specialized area of real estate.

• Convert pre-qualified leads
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base
• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Set appointments
• Sales talk mastery

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Coachable
