Construction Foreman – Pole Barn / Post Frame Construction

Northwest Indiana and surrounding areas

Total Compensation | Company Truck | Bonuses | Year-Round Work

FBI Buildings is hiring experienced Construction Foremen and Crew Leaders to lead post-frame building projects throughout the Plymouth, IN area.

Responsibilities

Lead construction crews on post-frame building projects
Manage day-to-day jobsite operations
Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality
Train and mentor crew members
Communicate professionally with customers and project teams

Qualifications

Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or construction leadership experience
Experience in pole barns, post-frame, framing, or commercial construction preferred
Ability to read plans and manage jobsite production
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
