If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, improving processes, and helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll combine benefits systems expertise with strong data analysis and reporting skills to help ensure our benefit programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.Key responsibilities include:Supporting benefit implementations, testing, and open enrollment activitiesTroubleshooting benefit system and payroll-related issuesCoordinating with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure service qualityAnalyzing benefits data, trends, and reports to identify opportunities for improvementDeveloping, maintaining, and enhancing reports, dashboards, and key performance metricsConducting audits and root-cause analysis to improve data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational integrityWhat We're Looking For4-6 years of experience in benefits administration, HR systems, payroll, insurance, data analysis, or a related fieldStrong Excel and data analysis skillsExperience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, audits, and data-driven insights for business decisionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage multiple complex priorities, communicate findings clearly, and collaborate across teamsWhy Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of coworkers and their families.
