Junior Data AnalystMust be located in Atlanta, GALong term opportunity | $35-$40 per hour (We are unable to partner with third parties at this time)Primary Responsibilities & Essential FunctionsDevelop reports, and visualizations to both be included within our product suite as well as help internal execution & operationsAbility to create meaningful longitudinal and point in time dashboards across various projects along with time sensitive ad hoc analysesAnalyze extremely large data sets and identify meaningful insights and actionable stepsVerify the accuracy of data, documentation, processes, and identified insightsIdentify and document sensor & system data flowsSupport the implementation of data analysis tools supported by clear business requirements and industry best practicesRespond to ad-hoc requests to understand what's happening 'on the ground,' but through the lens of our sensor dataIdentify and outline opportunities for improvement with data collection and structuring within our platformSkills & QualificationsMinimum2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst (or similar) roleProficient with SQL and writing complex queriesExperience working with both relational & non-relational databases, including Postgres, BigQuery, and FirebaseExperience with statistical packages such as SAS, SPSS, or RExperience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)Experience with report and visualization development, especially Power BIStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environmentPreferredExperience with GCP cloud services: BigQuery, FirebaseExperience working with IoT sensors and their data sets
